Fabrication

Our fabrication department is separate from the machining centers to maintain the air quality in our manufacturing facility. We work with two-piece simple weldments to multiple piece complex weldments up to 30,000#. DHL's welding qualifications are as follows:

Welder Qualifications

AWS D1.1 (Steel), D1.2 (Aluminum), D1.6 (Stainless Steel)

ASME IX, Mil Spec. 1595-A, 248-D, 278-F

Multiple welding machines to handle a wide assortment of requirements for MIG, TIG, and Stick welding up to 3500 pounds.

Crane lifting capacity is flexible throughout the fabrication shop.

In a separate building this team is proud of the room so that they can move the work in and out quickly.

Our highly skilled team of welders also pride themselves on their ability to weld repair just about anything from worn shafting to bearing housings or whatever challenge may come their way.
